The Mokab and charity of the Hazrat Zahra (S) congregation at Sharif University of Technology began conducting field assessments for the needs of the displaced people of Lebanon from the early days of the Israeli regime's attack on southern Lebanon. They set up operations in the Sham region of Syria, near the Lebanese border.

Based on these assessments, the most critical needs of the Lebanese refugees include food and meal provisions, warm clothing (considering the onset of cold weather), infant formula, and medical expenses. These items have been provided to the people since mid-October 2023 with the help of public donations.
